Cook : Chicken Tacos

Today’s taco or tostada (you can skip the folding it over and serve it open-faced) is for you protein loving carnivores out there. It’s super simple to make and very tasty. Shred the chicken and season with a vinegar based hot sauce and a little salt and pepper. You can also, if you want to go crazy, top it with an egg. That makes for a very rich dinner, lunch, or brunch. And, to make it vegetarian or vegan, skip the chicken, add black or pinto beans. It still tastes great!
