Drop Dairy

One of the few foods (there are only 3!) we give up on the Ageless Diet is dairy. Why? Because it’s inflammatory. It ages you, can lead to all sorts of lifestyle diseases, and it’s addictive. I know you love your cheese, but trust us, you won’t miss it. There are all sorts of wonderful ways to get that creamy, rich taste without eating something that will make you sick. And as far as calcium goes, well there are so many great plants that have way more calcium than dairy. So do yourself a favor and drop dairy today!
