Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- ¾ cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
- ¾ cup coarsely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons sea salt (more as needed, to taste)
- 1 cup tahini
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Pulse garlic, cilantro, parsley, cumin, and salt in a food processor or blender until ingredients are combined.
- Add tahini and lemon juice; process until smooth and creamy.
- Keep the motor running and slowly add ¾ cup water in a steady stream, add more water as needed until the sauce is creamy and pourable. Season with salt, to taste.
