Homemade ageless trail mix with a few of our favorite things: almonds, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, with a little sweetness from currants.

Super simple to make. Now, whenever I’m going to be away from home for a day or more, I make this trail mix. Obviously, if you’re allergic to or dislike almonds, substitute your favorite nut, and if you don’t like coconut (what’s wrong with you? kidding!), try something else, goji berries, dates… sky’s the limit.
