Ingredients
- 1 celery stick (chopped)
- ½ cucumber (chopped)
- 1 peach or pear or nectarine
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- 1 orange (peeled)
- 1 banana (peeled)
- 4 big leaves of kale with the stems (chopped)
- 1 cup spinach (chopped)
- ¼ cup fresh mint or parsley
Instructions
- Chop the celery, cucumber, kale, and peach/pear/nectarine into bite-sized pieces. And divide the orange into individual segments.
- In a blender, blend the berries, peach/pear/nectarine, banana, and orange with enough water to cover it.
- Add the kale, spinach, cucumber, celery, and mint or parsley to the blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add enough ice, about 4-5 cubes (1 cup) to make the smoothie cold.
- Serve in a tall glass or make in the morning and keep in an opaque container, saving it for your mid-afternoon snack. Enjoy!
