Green protein superfood detox smoothie

A great afternoon pick-me-up! Perfect smoothie during your Ageless Reset and Cleanse!

Ingredients

  • 1 celery stick (chopped)
  • ½ cucumber (chopped)
  • 1 peach or pear or nectarine
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 orange (peeled)
  • 1 banana (peeled)
  • 4 big leaves of kale with the stems (chopped)
  • 1 cup spinach (chopped)
  • ¼ cup fresh mint or parsley

Instructions

  1. Chop the celery, cucumber, kale, and peach/pear/nectarine into bite-sized pieces. And divide the orange into individual segments.
  2. In a blender, blend the berries, peach/pear/nectarine, banana, and orange with enough water to cover it.
  3. Add the kale, spinach, cucumber, celery, and mint or parsley to the blender. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add enough ice, about 4-5 cubes (1 cup) to make the smoothie cold.
  5. Serve in a tall glass or make in the morning and keep in an opaque container, saving it for your mid-afternoon snack. Enjoy!
