Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar (unfiltered)
  • ¼ cup gluten-free (organic tamari or soy sauce)
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons chives (chopped)
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil (more as needed)

Instructions

  1. Add all these ingredients except the oil in a blender and puree, slowly add oil until you get the consistency you prefer. Taste and adjust seasoning, if you want it creamier, add more tahini, thinner, add more oil, tangier, add more vinegar. If you want, use basil or another herb you love. It’s a very adaptable recipe.
