Scale

Ingredients

  • ½ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup white miso
  • ¼ fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup or more warm filtered water
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • Sea salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl whisk the tahini, miso and lemon juice into a smooth paste. Add the warm water gradually, gently whisking until the dressing reaches desired consistency.
  2. Use as much water as needed, depending on how thick or thin you want your dip/dressing.
  3. Taste for seasoning. Add pepper and sea salt if desired.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for about a week. The dip/dressing thickens up as it sits, so you will need to add more water to thin.
