Kale Smoothie

World famous Ageless Diet kale smoothie recipe. Enjoy our kale smoothie recipe. It’s simple with few ingredients, and packs a punch. Organic kale, pear, orange and mint. Put in your blender, blend until smooth, drink. Feel immediately energized!

Kale Smoothie

  • 1 small bunch of organic kale about 6 leaves, chopped
  • 1 pear or peach chopped
  • 2 oranges peeled, cut into segments
  • 5-7 sprigs of mint or parsley
  • 8-10 oz. of filtered water about 1 cup
  • Ice


  1. Put the pear and oranges in the blender. Add water to cover (approximately 1 cup water). Blend until smooth.
  2. Add mint. Blend.
  3. Chop kale, slowly add to blender, blending the whole time, add water as needed. Blend until smooth (depending on how powerful your blender is you may need to blend longer and add more water). Add ice (about a cup). Blend for 15 seconds.
  4. Pour into 2 glasses.

Recipe Notes

This is a great recipe to make your own, add what you love, play with it, make it to your taste. Sometimes I add 2 peaches, 1 orange, and a bunch of parsley. And other times I use half chard, half kale, add a lemon with the orange, and pear. If blood oranges are in season those are great to use. The point is to make it your own.
